Honest, sincere, and an agent who believes helping someone find a home is more than just signing a contract, Emily Osterberg decided to become a real estate agent after buying and renovating her first home with her husband in Henderson. After that experience, she realized real estate is a career that allows her to be involved in the community, build relationships with her neighbors, use her creativity, and most importantly, make a difference in the lives of those around her.
Originally from Southern California, Emily is no stranger to the property industry. As the Director of Public Affairs for the Apartment Association of Orange County, a non-profit trade association with over 3,000 members, Emily worked with property owners and manager across the county on a variety of issues. Her duties included monitoring local, state, and federal governments, and taking appropriate action on existing and proposed property laws, giving her a wealth of knowledge about issues that are affecting the housing market and how best to address them.
After nearly five years with the Apartment Association she joined the Orange County Sheriff’s Department as the Public Relations Manager. There she utilized and strengthened her marketing and public relation skills, using various media outlets, including social media platforms, to promote the Department. These skills have transferred over to her real estate career, giving her an edge on marketing properties throughout the area.
Emily moved to Las Vegas in 2015 with her husband Seth and two young children Grace and Luke. In her spare time she enjoys a good run, traveling, and discovering all the new and exciting places Southern Nevada has to offer!
